Your allocated adviser will keep you in the loop and inform you if the referral has been successful. Every successful referral will lead to you receiving a cut of the commission! As well as providing you with invaluable experience in prospecting and fact-finding. (The most important tools in a Successful Advisers toolbox!!)
You may introduce as many or as few referrals as you please, the more successful referrals you make, the more experience and money you will receive.
When you have completed your training and gained your qualification, Simply Mortgage Ltd will provide you with a Successful Introducer Certificate for you to present to potential employers, the more referrals you provide the higher grade certificate you receive. If your plan is to become a self-employed adviser, Simply Mortgage Ltd will invite you to apply for a position as an AR within their network.
